About the role
The Employer Responsive Business Programmes team is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Work Based Trainer to engage, work with and provide quality training for Apprentices and provide support for employers to ensure training solutions delivered meet the requirements of the agreed Apprenticeship programme.
About the person
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service as well as strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver high quality teaching and training. Candidates should also have: – A level 3 or equivalent professional or industry recognised qualifications/ accreditations/professional recognition in site carpentry. Level 2 in numeracy, literacy, or equivalent and ICT literate. A minimum of 3 years industrial experience in the sector Knowledge of and passion towards Apprenticeships.
