If you are an experienced fabrication and welding professional looking for a new challenge or an experienced Workbased Trainer with industry relevant competencies, this may be the role for you.
We are looking to recruit an ambitious Fabrication and Welding Work based Trainer into our Apprenticeship team to support continued growth.
Responsibilities will include overall accountability for Apprenticeship delivery based on a defined caseload, diary management, and timely achievement of all learners which includes functional skills and all elements of the Apprenticeship standard. Apprenticeships support the development of key knowledge, skills and behaviours within industry. A work Based Trainer is key to supporting not only sector based progress but also personal development and providing welfare support.
Required skills, experience and qualifications:
- Industry experience
- Industry qualifications and proof of personal development
- Training and/or assessor qualifications (For the right candidate we can support required qualifications)
- Communication and relationship building skills
- Positive and determined
- Eager to learn
- Ability to work on own and in a team
- Proficient with IT and technology (For the right candidate we can support with training)
- Administration and organisational skills
- Driving licence
- Health and safety qualifications or experience
