£22,194 per annum plus market weighting of up to £6,500 per annum
37 hours per week

About the role
The Employer Responsive Business Programmes team are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Work Based Trainer to assess, train and guide our Electrical Apprentices both in college and in the workplace. The successful candidate will be required to carry out regular apprenticeship reviews and assessments as well as train apprentices in the classroom as required to ensure apprentices meet the requirements of the agreed Apprenticeship programme.
About the person
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service as well as strong subject knowledge. Candidates should also have:
- A level 3 or equivalent NVQ in Electrical.
- Assessors Award
- A Level 3 teaching qualification (or willing to work towards)
- A Level 2 in numeracy, literacy, or equivalent and ICT literate.
- A minimum of 3 years industrial experience in the sector
