Location: Nuns Corner, Grimsby

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced children’s, early years and/or teaching assistant professional to join our dynamic training team. Do you want to train, support, and guide a new generation? Have you worked with apprentices and wondered how you get involved? Are you an experienced teaching or training professional looking for a new challenge? Whichever describes you, we offer flexible hours, a full training package and designated mentor.
As this role is casual, this role would be perfect for anyone that wants to give education a go, or if you are looking to reduce your hours. Apprenticeships are key to post COVID economic recovery, and our local community needs you!
Liaising with internal stakeholders you will hold overall accountability for an agreed and defined caseload of apprentices. Working closely with employers across the region you will need to have excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience of diary management and use of digital platforms are an advantage, although full training will be given.
About the person
All applicants must have the relevant industry experience and qualifications to carry out this role along with Maths and English at a minimum of level 2. If you have industry experience and would like to talk to us about training to become a Work Based Trainer, please get in touch.
