About the role

We are looking to appoint a Work Based Trainer with industry experience and skills to join a well-established apprenticeship team. A fast-paced role in which you will work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will provide high quality and responsive training, support, coaching and mentoring to a caseload of apprentices, developing their knowledge, skills and behaviours and prepare apprentices for End Point Assessment. This is an exciting role, within an employer responsive provision which puts community at the heart of its operations.

About the person

Liaising with internal stakeholders you will hold overall accountability for a defined caseload of apprentices.   Working closely with employers across the region you will need to have excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience of diary management and use of digital platforms are an advantage, although full training will be given.
