29.6 hours per week, 40 weeks per year
Location: Nuns Corner, Grimsby.

About the role
This is a great opportunity to be part of the Schools Liaison and Student Engagement Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who will work with learners, schools, colleges and external agencies to promote the Institute and a suite of engagement activities. The post-holder will work closely with curriculum teams and support staff across the organisation. This post offers an exciting and rewarding role in supporting learners to progress in their education and career pathways. You would be required to travel to different sites and attend a range of events.
About the person
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service, as well as strong organisation and administrative skills.
Candidates should also have:
• Level 2/GCSE Maths and English
• Knowledge of Advice and Guidance
• Experience in a sales/customer service role
• ICT competency
• Excellent communication skills
