About the role
The postholder will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of staff training and development programmes to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees. This role will involve working closely with the Group Staff Development Manager to coordinate training sessions and activities, track training progress, and provide administrative support for the staff development function based on the North Bank.
The successful candidate can choose a base, but the role is likely to involve regular travel between Scarborough, Bridlington and Beverley with occasional travel to Grimsby.

Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, within a similar environment/industry
- Experience of working effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- Experience of using office 365 to deliver excellent and efficient outcomes
Qualifications:
- Level 2 English and Maths
- Ongoing record of relevant CPD
