£21,261 – £22,473 FTE (£8,332.01 – £8,806.99 pro rata per annum)
14.5 hours per week

About the role
The faculty of Health, Wellbeing and Society are now looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Skills & Employability Trainer. This is a diverse role, in which you will work closely with Early Years & LLDD Programme Leaders and Curriculum Managers to provide high quality and responsive employability sessions and work experience placements. Other duties will include:
• Arranging guest speakers
• Ensuring learners are monitored & safe on work placements
• Supporting vocational competitions.
About the person
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service, as well as strong organisation and administrative skills. Candidates should also have: • Level 2/GCSE Maths and English and childcare experience is also desirable.
