About the role
The Employer Responsive Business Programmes team is now looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Senior Apprenticeship Trainer Consultant to develop and deliver quality teaching, training and assessment and consultancy on college and employer premises and to ensure that all training solutions delivered, meet the requirements of the agreed Apprenticeship programmes as well as individual business needs.
About the person
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service as well as strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver high quality teaching and training. Candidates should also have: –
- A degree or equivalent professional or industry recognised qualifications/ accreditations/professional recognition etc in a relevant subject area.
- A teacher training qualification (or commitment to undertake the required level within 3 months
- Level 2 in numeracy, literacy, or equivalent and ICT literate
- A minimum of 3 years industrial experience in the sector
- Knowledge of and passion towards Apprenticeships
