About the role
Within this role, you will be required to provide administrative support to the Quality department and assist the quality team in maintaining and improving quality standards throughout all aspects of teaching, learning and assessment. The successful candidate will be expected to work in a timely manner producing high quality work within a reasonable deadline. The ideal candidate will also be expected to have the following personal attributes. It is essential that you have good time keeping skills and possess a flexible attitude. You will also be a pro-active individual with a positive mindset. You will also be able to self motivate and be able to work alone to tight deadlines. The candidate should also be adaptable to change at short notice and reprioritize workloads accordingly.
About the person
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of safeguarding, supporting families and children, professional and competent practice and of theory and be able to apply this knowledge to current working practice. A high level of skill in leading, teaching and learning and be able to motivate, enthuse and challenge students from a range of different backgrounds to produce the highest quality work is essential.
