£29,710 – £35,605 FTE (£7,628.24 – £9,141.82 pro rata per annum)

9.5 hours per week

About the role 

The area of Business, Visitor Economy, Early Years and Hospitality are looking to appoint an experienced and committed Programme Leader in Accounting to join the existing AAT team. This is a key delivery role for the provision of part-time professional courses, in which you will work closely with other Programme Leaders and the Head of Area to provide high quality and responsive teaching and learning support.

Other duties will include:

• Tracking learner progress
• Recruitment of learners and sign-posting progression routes
• Maintaining records

About the person

 The successful candidate will have proven experience of working with learners from a range of backgrounds, as well as teaching and or training experience in the adult education sector.

Candidates should also have:

• Degree/ experience in a relevant subject
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ICT competency
