About the role

As a Programme Leader at The TEC Partnership and as part of a supportive team, you will be responsible for tracking and supporting all matters on the GCSE Maths course whilst setting high expectations in the department with ambitious targets. This role will require the successful candidate to co-ordinate coherent learning programme(s) and/or provision through effective team work. You will also take responsibility for the recruitment, retention, achievement, success and progression of individual learners within a framework of continuous quality improvement. Programme Leaders provide an excellent experience to learners through exemplary teaching and learning support standards of assessment.

About the person

High grade GCSE, Level 3 or higher in maths desirable, must hold a teaching qualification or working towards, NQT will be considered.
