Principal – East Riding College and Scarborough College
Salary – £100,000
TEC Partnership is a successful and ambitious educational organisation offering excellent education at all levels to our learners. With a £57 million turnover, we are a very large Further Education institution with a significant Higher Education presence and we were recently granted degree awarding powers.
The Partnership consists of the Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education together with Colleges at Scarborough, Skegness, a Regional Employment Training Team, a National Apprentice Training team, and a 14-16 Academy in addition to a Maritime and Logistics Company (Modal) and other satellite Learning Centres and Offices throughout Lincolnshire and Yorkshire. In 2020 the Group welcomed East Riding College with campuses at Beverley, Bridlington and Hull.
At our last inspection we were graded as Outstanding, an achievement we aim to repeat as we are one of the leading and most successful Further and Higher Education providers in the country. We have achieved success by teaching excellence, growth and innovation, with an excellent reputation using technology to enhance the learning experience.
As a result of two recent promotions and one impending retirement we are now seeking two outstanding and innovative Principals.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, the postholders will be responsible for the academic performance of their respective areas and ensure that we continue to be an outstanding and innovative teaching and learning organisation.
