About the role
The TEC Partnership is looking to appoint a Senior Personal Assistant to support its Executive Management Team, specifically the Chief Executive, Group Vice Principal Finance and the Clerk to the Corporation. The role entails providing secretarial, clerical, technical and administrative support within a vibrant Further and Higher Education environment. The successful candidate will liaise with a wide range of internal and external customers providing an exceptional service and ensure the smooth operation of the PA Service.
The duties of role will include:
- Dealing with enquiries from staff, students, external agencies and the general public
- Support with the co-ordination of governance activities
- Convene meetings on behalf of the EMT
- Work proactively to ensure efficient and production operation of the PA Service.
About the person
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will focus on providing an exceptional service to all customers. In addition, the candidate will have strong organisational and administration skills and the ability to work accurately to tight timescales.
The successful candidate should also have:
- Level 2/ GCSE Maths and English
- HNC/D in a relevant area
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
