Maths Tutor (21/033)

£13,256.50 – £16,665 per annum (FTE £26,513 – £33,330)

18.5 hours per week

The TEC Partnership is a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation. We are officially an “Outstanding” educational provider.

We are looking for an outstanding practitioner to deliver and support the development of Mathematics curriculum across the College as directed by the Head of Curriculum. Delivery will be across a range of provision types including 16-18 study programmes, adult learning programmes, apprenticeships and distance learning. The successful candidate will plan, deliver, assess, track and monitor to support learners in achieving a Grade 4 in GCSE re-sits or working towards the appropriate level of Functional Skills in a high performing area.

The successful candidate will hold or be willing to work towards a teaching qualification and hold a minimum of a Level 3 Numeracy qualification. Experience of delivering GCSE and/or Functional Skills in a further education college is desired. The candidate will have excellent communication and organisation skills and being confident with blended learning and Microsoft Teams is desired.
