The TEC Partnership is a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation. We are officially an “Outstanding” educational provider.

We are now recruiting for a Marketing Officer to work within the framework of the Group’s marketing strategy and plan to implement marketing activities to achieve recruitment targets. In this role, you will carry out public relations activities to support and develop the reputation of the TEC Partnership. Developing and maintain links with local, regional and specialist media, you will undertake the delivery of specified digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising. You will also be responsible for tracking, reviewing and reporting on digital performance.

Candidates will need the following qualifications:

  • Grade A*- C GCSEs (or Level 2 Functional Skills) in English, Maths and ICT
  • Foundation Degree / HND / Degree in Marketing or a subject with a high degree of marketing content

A keen interest in marketing is required. This may include knowledge of digital and traditional marketing activities and some experience. It may also include demonstrated interest in the marketing industry which can be evidenced through activities of a marketing nature at school, college, clubs or societies. You will require excellent IT skills including MS Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Candidates should have experience working in a busy marketing function, as well as the ability to work with a range of internal and external customers and to communicate effectively in a variety of situations. Logical and creative thinking skills are required and the ideal candidate will be organised and professional with the ability to work independently, use their own initiative and take responsibility.
