About the role
This role can be based at our Doncaster site and will involve supporting our learners to apply for licenses to practice such as Security Badges and Construction Site Certification (CSCS) cards. The successful applicant will possess a can-do attitude and have excellent customer service skills.
About the person
The successful candidate will have experience in an administration role and experience in working with customers at all levels. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is essential in particular the use of Excel. As well as this, the ideal applicant will have experience in problem solving, patience and the ability to support learners remotely.
