About the role

We are delighted to present an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be our front line ambassador for the campus. We are looking for a friendly and professional individual who will welcome college staff, students and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be highly motivated and responsible with a professional manner to deal with a busy reception area as well as conversant with social media to keep our accounts vibrant and full of personality. The candidate should also have an outstanding telephone manner, have suitable computer skills, knowledge of safeguarding and confidentiality, above all show an enthusiasm for first class customer care.

About the person

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service, as well as strong organisation and administrative skills.

Candidates should also have:

• Level 2/GCSE Maths and English
• Level 2 Business Administration
• Prior experience working in an office or administrative role
• Experience of analysing data and writing reports
• ICT competency
