£18,278 FTE salary (£16,768.81 pro rata per annum)
37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

About the role
Skegness TEC are now looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Learner Services Advisor to join the well-established team. This is a fast-paced and diverse role, in which you will work closely with Programme Leaders and Curriculum Managers to provide high quality and responsive administrative support.
Other duties will include:
- Undertaking reception duties
- Dealing with queries via phone, email and letter
- Maintaining records
- Analysing data and producing reports using a range of systems
- Organising meetings, parents’ evenings and other college event.
About the person
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service, as well as strong organisation and administrative skills.
Candidates should also have:
- Level 2/GCSE Maths and English
- Level 2 Business Administration
- Prior experience working in an office or administrative role
- Experience of analysing data and writing reports
- ICT competency.
