£24,655 per annum
37 hours per week
Fixed term until 31 December 2023

The TEC Partnership is a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation. We are officially an “Outstanding” educational provider.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to work as part of a small project team. This role will support delivery partners by undertaking monthly audits to verify project outcomes and results. The ideal candidate will be a natural problem solver with a keen eye for detail and be capable of presenting data in a variety of formats (Microsoft packages).
You will also be required:
- To provide training, guidance and support to delivery teams across the consortium
- To maintain and update policies and control documents, undertaking annual due diligence checks with sub-contractors
- To sample and audit student records
- To submit ESF claims on the e-claims portal, including the production of data returns
Applicants will have prior experience working on ESF Projects, as well as a knowledge of FE Skills Systems, Programmes and Quality Standards. Knowledge of financial and performance management would be an advantage, as would experience of working within the post-16 FE sector. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator with the ability to liaise with project managers and delivery teams.
Qualifications required:
- Level 2/GCSE English and Maths (Essential)
- Level 3 Business Qualification
- Financial qualifications (such as AAT – Desirable)
