£20,093 per annum
37 hours per week
Fixed Term until 20th December 2023
Location: Nuns Corner, Grimsby

About the role
We are seeking a self-motivated individual with previous administration experience to provide project compliance support within our busy MIS department. The role would be responsible for ensuring that project records are accurate and the ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and be comfortable providing feedback and training as required.
About the person
The ideal candidate will hold the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- Computer literate with a working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Level 3 in a Business Administration related qualification or relevant experience
- Level 2 Functional Skills/GCSE English and Math or equivalent
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- Is self-motivated and able to manage their time effectively
- Effective communication skills (written and in presentation)
- Knowledge of FE programmes
- Understanding of quality and audit processes
- Experience in collating data for reporting purposes
