The TEC Partnership is a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation. We are officially an “Outstanding” educational provider.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to provide guidance and advice across our various campuses. The post holder will report to the Group Head of Employee Relations but will also build strong working relationships with the College management teams providing specialist HR advice and support in all aspects of people planning and management.
The successful applicant should be an experienced HR professional with a good knowledge of all key HR processes and with a strong background in Employee Relations. Presentation, Coaching and mentoring skills are also important.
Ideally you should have an education background although this is not essential.
