£26,513 – £33,330 FTE salary (£21,210.40 – £26,664 pro rata per annum)
29.6 hours per week
Fixed Term until 30th June 2022

About the role
As a Programme Leader you will be responsible for the overall management of the programme and ensure that the programme meets the requirements of the qualification. Part of your role will be to ensure learner achievement, monitor retention and attendance and ensure appropriate tracking and recording of data. You will be expected to teach as part of your role and complete relevant paperwork and administrative tasks. The safeguarding and health and safety of learners is paramount and continuous professional development is essential.
About the person
You will be expected to have clinical experience in the medical sector and good knowledge of science. You will have worked in the medical sector and have an extensive wealth of knowledge and practical industry experience that you can bring to the role. You will need to be educated to at least Level 3 and a teaching qualification or experience is preferable but not essential, as training will be provided. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively. You must have the ability to work as part of team and be flexible.
