Scarborough TEC is looking for a committed and dynamic Head of Apprenticeships to join our team as we continue to develop our brand and campus.
Based in beautiful Scarborough, on the North Yorkshire Coast, Scarborough TEC is a small and friendly college, part of the TEC Partnership, which is a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation. We are officially the only Outstanding provider of Further Education in Scarborough.

We are currently seeking a Head of Apprenticeships to lead Yorkshire Employer Services, our team of Skills Assessors and Business Development staff who are responsible for the delivery of our Apprenticeship and full-cost provision.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Associate Principal and local employers and have a proven track record of quality improvement and extensive knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards and Frameworks.
This role is a key member of the college’s Senior Management Team and will be expected to take the lead in the development and growth of Yorkshire Employer Services to increase the college’s market share while ensuring future provision is financially viable and delivered effectively.
