About the role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Group Health and Safety Manager who will take the lead in ensuring the TEC Partnership is fully compliant with current Health and Safety and other associated legislation. The successful candidate will be responsible for all Health and Safety functions across the Partnership, such as, the implementation of health and Safety systems, undertaking assessments, audits, inspections, delivering training, fire risk assessments, permits and providing advice and guidance to management, staff and learners on all matters relating to Health, Safety and Welfare, and to actively promote and encourage a positive Health and Safety culture. About the person
This role requires detailed knowledge of all health & safety requirements together with a can do approach to resolving issues. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with good administrative and organisational skills and a passion for health, safety and well-being.
