Exams Coordinator (21/046)
£18,736 per annum
37 hours per week
Location: Nuns Corner, Grimsby
The TEC Partnership is a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation. We are officially an “Outstanding” educational provider.
The successful applicant will be working alongside the rest of the FE Exams team at Nuns Corner to support students to achieve their qualifications at Grimsby, Skegness and numerous learning centres across the Partnership. We are looking for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, friendly, confident and able to multi task and work well under pressure.
Ideally you need to be a quick learner and able to work well independently as well as within a large team and will need to be organised and able to meet both internal and external deadlines. You will be required to make quick decisions and think on your feet and will be responsible for all Exam related admin for your chosen areas: this includes registrations, claims, certifications, exam entries, running of Exams, ensuring Access Arrangements are implemented, inputting achievements amongst many other tasks.
You should have good communication skills as you will be required to talk with customers both externally and internally. You will also be asked to support other areas on busy days and help out when needed within the team.
Key skills, experience and qualifications required:
- Good knowledge on Microsoft Office programs would be beneficial, as well as knowledge on ProSolution or other MIS software.
- You will be required to know JCQ and other awarding body regulations for all stages of the Examination process
- A minimum of Level 2 in a Business Administration related qualification.
