About the role

We are looking to recruit a dynamic and flexible individual to work within the Community and Flexible Learning Department. The role will be facilitating IT, Maths and English sessions with the base location being Grimsby Learning Centre. You may be expecting to work at other centres in Louth, Immingham, Cleethorpes, or other outreach sites we are delivering from. This may include late sessions from 5:00pm -6:30pm and some Saturday mornings from 8:30am – 1:00pm at the Grimsby Learning Centre.

About the person

The role is a community skills facilitator role. This role may need to provide holiday cover across all centres in Grimsby, Immingham, Louth, or Cleethorpes so the ability to drive and have access to a vehicle is essential.

The ideal candidate must hold a minimum L3 teaching qualification or a willingness to work towards. You must be experienced in the delivery of functional skills Maths, English and IT qualifications up to level 2 with a flexible approach to working and the ability to inspire learners to achieve.
