£18,278 FTE  (£11,115 pro rata per annum) 

22.5 hours per week

About the role 

As a Client Services Assistant based at our Bridlington site, you will provide a general reception service to students, staff and the general public; deal with general enquiries via telephone, email and face to face; administer applications, enrolments and financial support; and provide information and advice on courses offered by the College. This is a part time role based at our St Mary’s Walk campus in Bridlington and the successful candidate will be required to working Mon – Fri 8.30am – 1pm. 

About the person 

All candidates should have experience of working within a customer service or education environment, as well as experience of dealing with enquiries in person, by telephone and in writing. Candidates should also hold a level 2 qualification in customer service/administration, or be willing to work towards this.
