About the role
This role is to work as part of the Client Services team based at the Flemingate campus in Beverley. This is a fast paced and varied role that requires a high level of administrative skills and organisation with the ability to multi task. The role involves providing a general reception service to students, staff and the general public dealing with general enquiries. You will process learner applications and enrolment forms for FE, part time and HE courses, and provide additional support eg financial support / childcare, providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
About the person
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a clerical or administration role and excellent administration and communication skills with a focus on customer service, with the ability to work independently. Candidates should also have: Level 2 / GCSE English and Maths, Level 2 Customer Service or Administration or be willing to work towards. Recent and relevant experience of working in a customer service or education environment, dealing with enquiries in person, by telephone and in writing.
