Location: MODAL Training, Immingham
Humber Maritime College, located at MODAL Training in Immingham, is part of the TEC Partnership, a large, dynamic and invocative group of further and higher education colleges. HMC provides Merchant Navy Cadet programmes and professional courses for the maritime and offshore sectors.
We are looking to strengthen our team with new people who will be able to teach cadets as well as run professional short courses and now have two opportunities:
Marine Electro Technology
Marine Mechanical Engineering
These posts are casual contracts and will suit individuals who have both teaching and industrial experience as well as individuals who will be new to teaching and may be looking to get in to teaching and training alongside their other commitments.
Both posts require:
- Excellent knowledge and skills in marine engineering and/or marine electrical engineering
- Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy.
- The ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- The capability to manage a wide caseload of activity.
