Location: Nuns Corner, Grimsby
Please note that this is not a permanent position. The hours are on an as and when basis.

About the role
The department of HE Health and Care Industries are looking to appoint a motivated individual to perform the role of Programme Leader Social Care and to join their outstanding team.
The successful candidate will join a team of specialists in their own subject areas to provide an exceptional service to our learners through high quality teaching, learning and assessment. They will manage a cohort of learners and support all learners within the faculty to achieve highly.
Other duties include:
- Provide an excellent experience for learners through exemplary teaching and learning that supports standards of assessment.
- Undertaking admin duties relating to curriculum
- Supporting in achievement of all learners
- Ensuring learners are work ready and support progression to higher level study
- Supporting the enhancement of the department and provision
About the person
The successful candidate will have previous experience delivering in a higher education environment, have excellent communication skills with a focus on learner success as well as strong organisation and industry relevant skills.
Candidates should also have:
- Level 2/GCSE Maths and English
- Relevant qualification to level 6
- Sector related experience (preferred)
- Planning skills which will include preparing for teaching and learning
- ICT competency
