About the role

Invigilate examinations during peak periods. To keep confidential exam papers/online paperwork and materials secure before, during and after exams. To always supervise and observe candidates and be vigilant throughout exams. To complete attendance registers, and if paper exams, to collect and collate scripts before securely returning them to the exam’s office. To facilitate access arrangements for candidates, ie reader, writer after completing training. Promotion of the groups Learner First ethos, ensuring that the learner experience is uppermost in any actions that are taken.

About the person

The ideal candidate will have:

• Good communication IT and administrative skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Able to work as a member of a team.
• Ability to adhere to rules and regulations.
• Able think clearly and make correct decisions in the event of an emergency in the exam room.
