Casual Community Skills Facilitator (20/382)
£12.10 per hour + £2.00 holiday pay
Hours are variable
Location: Grimsby, Louth or Immingham Learning Centres
Please note that this is not a permanent position. The hours are on an as and when basis.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Casual Community Learning Facilitator bank. Working as part of a small team this role is responsible for the facilitation of Maths, English and Digital Skills up to Level 2. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and be experienced in the facilitation of Functional Skills and IT qualifications. They will be approachable and able to adapt easily to the needs of a wide range of learners, passionate about learning and committed to supporting people to realise their potential.
This position may need to provide holiday cover at across all centres in Grimsby, Immingham and Louth so the ability to drive and having access to a vehicle is essential.
The successful candidate:
- Must hold a minimum L3 Teaching qualification.
- Must hold minimum L2 in Maths, English and IT related qualifications
- Must be experienced in the delivery of Functional Skills Maths and English, and IT qualifications up to Level 2.
- Must have a flexible approach to working
- Must be approachable and be able to inspire learners to achieve.
