About the role
We are now seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and organised individual for an exciting opportunity as a Business Development Consultant based at NET Grimsby, covering Lincolnshire and Humberside primarily. If you have a passion for creating new relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we would love to hear from you. The role of a Business Development Consultant is to engage with businesses in the region to assist in upskilling their staff members. The individual will maintain relationships with local businesses and create new ones through methods such as marketing, social media, networking events and cold calls. It is the responsibility of the successful candidate to put together training proposals for businesses, and to ensure that all businesses have an outstanding experience with us. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining NET UK’s reputation amongst the community and building upon it by working with local referral agencies and adding new and innovative courses to our offer.
About the person
The ideal candidate will have experience of diary management, project management or sales, and should feel confident talking to different businesses from different industries. Outstanding communication and organisation skills are key to be able to meet targets. The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, Sales or equivalent, and Level 2 qualification in Maths and English.
