£53,000 – £60,000 per annum depending upon experience
37 hours per week
Location: Skegness TEC with cross campus travel as required
The TEC Partnership consists of the Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education together with Colleges at Scarborough, Skegness, a Regional Employment Training Team, a National Apprentice Training team, a Maritime and Logistics Company (Modal) and other satellite offices throughout Lincolnshire and Yorkshire. In 2020 we welcomed East Riding College (Beverley/Bridlington) to the Group.

We are now seeking an Assistant Principal and Campus Director for our Skegness TEC campus.
In this role, you will be the lead Partnership contact for provision in Skegness and the surrounding area, managing all aspects of the day-to-day operational functions of the campus and the delivery of the curriculum. The successful candidate will lead the campus delivery teams with inspiration, innovation and enthusiasm promoting and providing an excellent experience for all learners and to raise the profile and grow the provision at Skegness TEC. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for maximising learners’ achievement of their goals and exceeding their potential addressing the learning needs of diverse client groups/individuals.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will hold a management qualification or be able to evidence of managerial and supervisory training. You will have knowledge of curriculum areas and current policies within education. Prior experience of management/supervision of curriculum in a high performing organisation is essential to this role as is successful and substantial previous experience within the secondary, FE of HE provisions.
