About the role 

As an assessor of Early years qualification’s the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of a number of work based qualifications and apprenticeship such as Teaching Assistants and Early Years Educators. You will be responsible for a learner caseload and will work with students and employers to ensure achievement of their qualifications. You will also be working as a member of a committed and supportive team who are passionate, creative and determined in supporting students to succeed. 

About the person 

This role is for an assessor with a recognised Assessor Award such as TAQA and it would also be an advantage to hold an IQA qualification. The successful candidate should have sound knowledge of assessment strategies and have previous experience in, and be passionate about Early Years. They will also be able to share their skills, knowledge and enthusiasm with others. This is a fantastic and supportive team, so, a team player with good communication and organizational skills is essential.
