As Applications Developer you will be responsible for administering and supporting the college’s information systems (Student Records) and database development environment which underpins the college information systems.
The ideal candidate will have at least recent substantive experience of working in SQL development environment, using Microsoft development products with SQL databases.
You will assist the Systems Manager and others Developers in maintaining and developing MIS reports to meet the needs and requirements of internal customers and management of the Group in an accurate and timely way. Other requirements include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organisational skills; analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work methodically and accurately.
Ensuring that security, quality standards and procedures are maintained and contributing to the development of the college strategic and operational plans and Support the effective use of data and the usability of college databases. Strict confidentiality should be maintained at all times.
