About the position
NET are looking for an Administrator for its Head Office in Doncaster. The role is vital in supporting the busy admin team and is looking for a self-motivated and responsible individual to support this function. The successful applicant must be confident with people, competent with IT including all Microsoft packages and data inputting. An understanding of European Social Funding, welfare to work or further education is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
The successful candidate must have a min grade C / level 2 in Maths and English and have experience competently using Microsoft IT packages including Word, Excel, Forms etc. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and confident to liaise with learners, employers and stakeholders on a daily basis. This role involves administering a large European Social Funded contract therefore the successful applicant must be highly organised and have the ability to cold call beneficiaries as part of the daily tracking requirements. The successful applicant will be pivotal to supporting an established and successful team therefore they will be proactive and a self starter, ensuring colleagues are supported daily with resources, learner engagement and exam support. This role may require occasional travel in the Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Midlands areas.
