The TEC Partnership is a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation. We are officially an “Outstanding” educational provider.

We are seeking to appoint a successful part-time Administrator to provide support to our EdTech Demonstrator Project.

The Project supports over 80 Colleges and Schools and involves the following:

  • offering one-to-one bespoke advice and support to schools and colleges in need of digital support
  • virtual consultation meetings
  • virtual presentations/conferences/training workshops
  • producing guidance advice and materials to be used by a large audience to support effective remote learning practices
  • creating webinars and recorded content to support excellent practice in remote learning;
  • forging collaborative partnerships

The successful applicant will be expected to:

  • Handle external and internal communication
  • organise, arrange and coordinate and meetings
  • create meeting agendas and take minutes
  • follow/chase up meeting actions
  • reply to general project-related emails
  •  help foster professional and positive relationships with our partners

The candidate is expected to:

  • be confident or open to using a range of digital technologies, including: Teams, OneDrive, Outlook
  • educated to Maths and English L2 standard and have IT skills equivalent to L2
  • great attention to detail
  • excellent organisational skills
  • Team player
  • willing to show initiative
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve
  • be proactive in the running of a day to day administrative tasks
  • be calm under pressure
