About the role
The Construction and Engineering department are seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Administrator to join the well-established team. This is a fast-paced and diverse role, in which you will work closely with Programme Leaders and Head of Curriculum to provide high quality and responsive administrative support. Other duties will include: Supporting the Contract coordinator in the day to day booking and operation of the Skills Development Fund. Dealing with queries via phone, email and letter and maintaining records. Analysing data and producing reports using a range of systems.
About the person
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service, as well as strong organisation and administrative skills. Candidates should also have: Level 2/GCSE Maths and English and ICT competency. Prior experience working in an office or administrative role and experience of analysing data and writing reports.
