Scarborough TEC are on the look out for an innovative dynamic leader for the position of Head of Apprenticeships. This is an exciting new opportunity for someone with passion and drive to shape the future of our Apprenticeship provision.
Scarborough TEC, based in beautiful Scarborough on the North Yorkshire Coast, is part of the larger TEC Partnership. As Head of Apprenticeships, you will be responsible for leading Apprenticeship provision across the whole of the organisation. The post holder will have key focus on maintaining and improving the quality of the offer, being measured on targets including, timely achievements and retentions.
You will also be an excellent communicator and be able to develop the College’s relationship with local employers, to ensure that we are meeting their needs and expectations. The post holder will also support a team of work-based trainers.
