The Grimsby Institute Group is a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation. We are officially an “outstanding” educational provider. We are a TEF Silver HE organisation. 

We are looking for some-one to join the team on a maternity cover as Programme Leader for this popular qualification. The successful candidate will have a clear understanding of the 0-19 agenda and the holistic approach to delivering services. You will be qualified and have experience of either Youth Work, Youth Services, Family Support Services or Youth Justice and other associated provision.

Having a clear understanding of the theoretical principles that underpin the practice of working with children, young people and families and the relevant occupational standards, policy and legislation will be integral to this post. The successful candidate should be able to model reflective practice and have a clear appreciation of the professional values and ethics for this sector.
