The Grimsby Institute Group is a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation. We are officially an “outstanding” educational provider and our aim is to ensure that this is maintained through consistent support delivered by a dedicated staff team.  

This is a key post within the Learner Services function, supporting the successful progression of students on their programme of study in either the FE or HE Provision. Success Coaches will be required to work with curriculum teams to liaise with parents/carers where required, provide key information relating to the student journey and Personal Development Behaviour and Welfare delivery.   

There will be an element of Safeguarding responsibility and an expectation that Success Coaches will work in conjunction with the Intensive Support Team. A key aspect of this role will be supporting the tutorial process by holding regular progress 1-1 meetings with learners and providing pastoral support to learners as appropriate, this can include supporting learners with challenging behaviour; so experience within this arena is paramount.
